This product permits IC Management to create customized Incentive Compensation Plans utilizing any combination of Incentive schemes and includes a powerful Quota-setting module. The System allows the comparison of different plans on performance with our “What-If?” simulator that even projects what each individual is to be paid under each plan.

Once a plan is implemented, the System tracks performance to help management stay on target and help with Mid-Plan corrections. Report output capabilities permit top executives to be kept abreast of Incentive/Compensation developments.
